All ceramic pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of handmade items:

Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in USD
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
Shipping
- We ship within the United States
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade,nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We will work with you to resolve any issues with damaged items
